My TV was not up entrance, but she radioed an associate who quite quickly brought the television to me, then out on the truck. Having had a suitable elbow reconstruction a few weeks back & a left one particular scheduled for upcoming month I advised him I couldn't enable lift, so he ducked into the store & promptly out came the greeter to aid load.
